For liquids that demand a high gas barrier—such as hydrogen-rich water and hydrogen water—this aluminum foil and metallized spouted pouch uses a stand-up format with a widened bottom gusset, so it stays upright once filled. The spout comes with a food-grade nozzle and screw cap; a valve or straight drinking spout can be fitted instead if required. Wide heat-sealed edges create a flat, secure seal, while rounded or angled corners help minimize transit damage.

In terms of construction, the pouch pairs aluminum foil and metallized laminated film with a food-grade inner layer. Its middle barrier layer helps slow the escape of small molecules like hydrogen, while also blocking light and moisture. The exterior can be matte or glossy, and 1–8 colour gravure printing reproduces detailed artwork with stable registration and fade resistance. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L; bag dimensions, spout diameter and film thickness are adjustable, and matching roll film can be supplied as well.
