Built for small-format liquid beverages, this aluminum foil and metallized spout stand-up pouch uses three-side or four-side sealing with a bottom gusset, so it stands securely on shelf or in a carton. A food-grade spout is fitted at the top, with straight, angled or leak-resistant valve options; the screw cap keeps contents sealed after opening. The format is easy for children to hold and practical for outdoor use. Pouch dimensions are matched to the fill volume and filling equipment, with 350ml as a popular size and other capacities available.

The pouch structure combines aluminum foil and metallized laminated film, commonly PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE. The barrier layer blocks light and helps resist oxygen and moisture, while the inner layer is a BPA-free food-grade heat-seal PE. Custom 1–8 colour gravure printing is available on the surface, including full-coverage backgrounds and matt or gloss finishes that reproduce your logo and artwork. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L; spout diameter and bag dimensions can be adjusted, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Typical applications include children's drinks, hydrogen water, mineral water, juice, jelly drinks, sauces and personal-care samples, as well as sports hydration and outdoor use. The custom order flow is straightforward: confirm pouch style and capacity, send artwork or a physical sample, approve the proof, then move to bulk production. Both artwork-based and sample-based customization are supported. Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop where printing, lamination and bag making are completed in-house.
