This stand-up spout pouch is built for liquid packaging, with 250ml construction adhesive as a typical application, alongside paints, inks and similar products. Its body can be three-side or four-side sealed, while the bottom gusset allows the filled pouch to stand upright for stacking and retail shelf display. At the top, a screw cap or flip-top spout supports smooth, repeated dispensing and helps limit drips and leftover product; an inner plug or valve is optional. Seam width, corner radius and tear notch can be tailored to match filling equipment and how end users open or pour the pouch.

For the laminate, choose aluminum foil film, metallized film, or a multilayer build that combines foil with PET, nylon and PE. This construction balances barrier protection with corrosion resistance, making it suitable for solvent- and oil-containing formulas. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering clear detail and consistent colour, with finishing options such as matte, gloss or spot varnish. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L; pouch size, spout diameter and film thickness can be customised from a sample or drawing.

Common uses include construction adhesives, nail-free glue, paint, ink, oil film and coating hardeners, whether for regular packs or gift packs. The same pouch format also works for detergents and care liquids in small to medium volumes.
