Structure: this pouch uses a pure aluminium structure, i.e. an AL foil barrier layer rather than a metallized VMPET layer, and can be built from PET/AL/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE and other aluminium foil laminates. Where a different structure suits the same pack, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE and kraft paper/PE laminates are also available, all at 15–25 silk thickness (multi-layer lamination).
Specification and use: the pouch is sized for a 250g fill and is intended for supplement packaging such as powders, tablets and capsules; the AL foil layer provides barrier protection for the contents, and production runs in a Class 10000 cleanroom with food-grade materials — material certificates can be supplied on customer request.
Printing and process: 1–8 colour gravure printing is used, following the sequence gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; print colour count and bag dimensions can be adjusted to the customer's artwork.
Customisation and service: sample-based and artwork-based proofing are supported, with custom sizes and layouts to customer requirements; MOQ is 10,000 pcs, produced in Dongguan, Guangdong.
