250 g Heavy-Gauge Metallized + Aluminium Laminate Tea Pouch for Black Tea & Souchong

Built for 250 g tea retail portions, this general-purpose pouch uses a heavy-gauge laminate that brings metallized film and pure aluminium together. The thicker body holds its shape after filling, making it a practical choice for Chinese famous teas, particularly black tea and Souchong with their coarser leaves.

The barrier works in two stages: the metallized layer reflects light and reduces part of the gas transmission, while the pure aluminium layer strengthens oxygen and moisture resistance. With both layers present, the packed tea is far less affected by light and humidity. An inner heat-seal film secures the closure, and because the print surface sits on the outside, the flat pouch face accepts large artwork areas.

The standard fill is 250 g. Pouch length and width are made to order, the opening style can also be changed, printing covers 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. After sealing, the pouch lies flat and stacks without bulging, which suits supermarkets and specialty tea shops.

Applications go beyond black tea and famous Souchong grades: the same pouch format can be used for green tea and scented tea bags, as well as vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches.
