Built for automotive care liquids, these foil stand-up spout pouches keep a stable upright position on the shelf. A folded bottom gusset supports the pouch, while edge sealing can be three-side or four-side depending on the filling method. The dispensing spout may use a screw cap or one-way valve, helping liquid pour smoothly with less leakage risk. The body has moderate stiffness for stable display, and optional hang holes or handles allow retail hanging and smaller pack formats.
Common laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and NY/AL/PE. Barrier and sealant layers can be selected around the formula to address light exposure, oxidation and chemical resistance. 1–8 colour gravure printing reproduces solid backgrounds, gradients and fine copy with consistent registration and colour. Capacities span 100ml to 5L, and pouch width, spout diameter and film gauge can be customized. Matching roll film in the same material is also offered.
Typical applications include car shampoo, windshield washer fluid, antifreeze, tyre care liquid and engine bay cleaner; the same pouch also suits household chemicals, agrochemicals and industrial additives. Customization is simple: share a sample, artwork or size specification. After pouch style and material are confirmed, we issue a drawing and physical sample; mass production begins once approved. Manufactured in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop, with MOQ 10,000 pcs and support for sample- and artwork-based orders. Production and shipment follow agreed milestones.
