10L Aluminum Foil Stand-Up Spout Pouch with Handle & Tube Spout for Tea Brewers

For tea brewing systems, water dispensers and large-volume liquid packaging, this 10L stand-up spouted pouch focuses on upright stability and easy dispensing. A folded bottom gusset helps the filled pouch stand securely and reduces tipping. Four-side heat seals are widened, and the corners are rounded for safer handling. The top can be fitted with a carry handle and a tube-style spout for connecting a hose or pump, while a one-way valve or screw-cap spout can be selected to match your filling equipment and end use.

The pouch is made mainly from aluminum foil laminated film, with common structures such as PET/foil/PE or PET/metallized film/PE. This combination blocks light, resists oxygen and remains flexible, making it suitable for drinking water, brewed tea and low-to-medium viscosity liquids. The outer layer supports 1-8 color gravure printing to reproduce brand colors, gradients and fine line artwork, with matt, gloss or spot effects available on request. Capacities from 1L to 10L can be produced, and pouch style, spout diameter, handle type and matching roll film can all be adjusted to your drawings.

Typical uses include water bags for tea brewers, water dispenser liners, mineral water and spring water packaging, as well as concentrates and liquid seasonings. For custom work, send samples or drawings; after the material structure, dimensions and print artwork are confirmed, samples are made for approval, then mass production runs at our Dongguan factory with in-house equipment for 1-8 color gravure printing. Production takes place in a Class 10000 clean workshop. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, matching roll film in the same material is available, and delivery follows the confirmed schedule.
