100ml–5L High-Barrier Aluminum Foil Spout Pouches for Concentrated Juice and Liquid Condiments

Engineered for liquids that need a robust moisture, oxygen and light barrier, this spout pouch is available mainly as a stand-up or flat-bottom bag. Four-side seals give the edges a flat, secure finish, while the dispensing fitment can be specified as a straight spout, angled spout, or valved outlet to match the filling line and end use. The fitment is heat-welded onto the pouch with a broad seal zone, helping the pack withstand squeezing and drops while remaining easy to pour from—an advantage for pomelo juice, concentrated juice, and other made-to-order drinks. Optional zippers, handles, and hanging holes support shelf merchandising and repeated opening and closing.

For the barrier layer, the construction may use pure aluminum foil or metallized film, laminated with PET, NY, and PE films. This combination blocks oxygen, water vapor, and light while balancing stiffness and flexibility. Gravure printing runs in 1–8 colors and can reproduce full-tone backgrounds, gradients, and fine halftone detail. We accept customization from supplied samples or artwork, and adjust the laminate structure and thickness according to the contents. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L; spout diameter, pouch dimensions, and roll width can be set to work with your filling equipment. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

These pouches are used for juice beverages, tea-shop chains, concentrated fruit pulp, and liquid condiments. They work as retail-size packs or larger refill pouches for stores. The customization path is: confirm pouch format and capacity, select the laminate and print design, approve a sample, then proceed to mass production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10000 clean workshop; printing and bag-making are completed in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Sample-based and artwork-based customization are supported, and production and shipment follow mutually agreed milestones.
