The pouch is mainly built in a stand-up format, with a bottom gusset that keeps it upright for shelf display and warehouse stacking. Sealing can be three-side or four-side to suit your filling line, with flat seal lines. At the top, options include tear notches, zippers, or standard heat seals. For powder filling, a degassing valve or cross vent valve helps reduce bulging during transport; for liquids and pastes, a spout plus cap creates a spouted pouch structure.

Barrier construction usually combines aluminum foil or metallized film with PET, NY and PE layers, forming a multilayer structure against oxygen, moisture and light. Thickness and lamination formula can be adjusted based on the contents. Printing uses 1-8 color gravure, and we customize from your samples or artwork files to reproduce layout, color and graphics. Common fill capacity covers 100 g to 5 kg; pouch width, pouch height, seal width and roll width can be matched to your filling equipment. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical applications include toner and ink powder, chemical powders, food additives and feed premixes, especially where moisture and light are concerns. The custom process is: send a sample pouch or artwork, we confirm structure and material, and after sample approval we arrange bulk production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop; film blowing, lamination, printing and bag making are completed in-house.
