Positioned for export-oriented liquid home-care and personal-care lines, this detergent pouch uses a stand-up format with a reinforced bottom gusset and heat-sealed side edges. It can be fitted with press-down pump, drip pump, nozzle, or valve spout options to suit different viscosities and dispensing habits. Leak-resistant structures are available for hand sanitizer, disinfectant, liquid soap, and similar liquids. The format helps importers and brand owners present refill or ready-to-use products on shelf, while supporting OEM/ODM programmes for overseas markets.
The pouch body can be built from food-grade PET/PE, PET/NY/PE, or other laminate combinations, with inner, middle, and outer layers selected according to the filled product and barrier needs. Printing is completed by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clean graphics, consistent colour, and reliable brand reproduction across repeat orders. Standard volume options include 750ml and 1000ml, while pouch shape, dimensions, pump head, and spout specifications can be customised from artwork, samples, or drawings. Matching roll film is also available for automated filling lines and export packing.
