These detergent pouches are built as stand-up spout bags: the body is formed with four-side or three-side seals and a gusseted base for shelf stability, while a short silicone-tube spout is heat-sealed into the top panel and closed with a screw cap or flip-top lid. The construction pours cleanly, reseals tightly, and suits liquid fillers such as hand sanitizer, disinfectant and laundry detergent, including alcohol-heavy formulas that demand a secure spout fit.
Pouch bodies are typically laminated from food-grade PET/PE or PET/AL/PE films, and the layer structure can be adjusted to suit the fill, barrier and shelf-life requirements of each formula, including alcohol and permeation resistance. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, giving stable colour reproduction with matt, gloss or spot-varnish finishes. Standard volumes span 100ml to 1L, and other formats can be developed from customer drawings or samples.
