Custom 2L Laundry Liquid Refill Spouted Pouches and 500ml Liquid Soap Stand-Up Bags

Designed for household and commercial liquid refill programs, this liquid soap pouch uses a stand-up format with a widened bottom gusset, helping the bag stay upright on shelf. The spout can be specified as a screw-cap or press-to-open type, with a sealing cap that opens and closes smoothly and dispenses viscous liquids with minimal dripping. Three-side seal and four-side seal edges are flat and strong, and stress areas are reinforced to withstand everyday squeezing, transport and stacking. Optional carry holes, hidden zippers or one-way valves can be added for repeated use with laundry liquid, body wash and similar thicker liquids.

Pouches are commonly made in PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PA/PE laminated structures. The inner layer is a food-grade PE heat-seal layer that can contact liquid contents directly and is designed to resist acids, alkalis and permeation. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure for fine image detail, stable colour and the option of full-coverage backgrounds or a matte finish. Regular capacities range from 100ml to 5L, while spout diameter, pouch dimensions and roll film width can be set to your requirements; matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical uses include laundry liquid, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, fabric softener and disinfectant, as well as refill packs for food-grade liquid seasonings and cleaning agents. Custom orders begin with your sample or artwork to confirm the pouch style and print layout, followed by a proof approval step before mass production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10000 clean room; film blowing, printing and bag making are completed in house. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and export orders can be packed and labelled according to overseas market requirements.
