Product details
This product is a 5L liquid soap pouch for laundry detergent, fitted with a hanging hole whose diameter and position can be customized to match shelf display methods and filling-line hanging requirements, suitable for shelf hanging display, bulk filling and warehouse handling. Pouch format and seal structure can be adjusted to the customer's filling line and product characteristics; common laminated structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE.
Thickness ranges from 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination), with the structure selected according to the contents and barrier requirements. Printing is gravure printing in 1–8 colors, covering brand artwork, product information, usage instructions and barcode areas. The hanging hole is formed during the bag-making stage in coordination with the seal edge position and is designed together with the pouch's heat-sealed edge.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization process: customer provides a sample pouch or artwork → confirm material structure, size and artwork → sample approval → mass production. MOQ is 10,000 pieces; the factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, supporting sample/artwork-based proofing and customization of size and artwork per customer requirements.
