This 5L liquid soap pouch for car wash liquid uses a multi-layer composite film structure. Common materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk; the composite structure can be selected according to the filling product and artwork requirements.
The pouch is 5L, designed for car wash liquid, and features a hanging hole for hanging display or use. Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing and can be customized to the customer’s artwork and information.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with bag making carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong.
