Built for liquid personal-care and household refill formats, this frosted spout pouch uses a stand-up bag design. It can be made with a bottom gusset or shaped three-dimensional gussets, and its four-side seals are designed to remain intact when the pack is squeezed or dropped. Dispensing options include screw spouts, flip-top nozzles and press valves, all chosen for smooth flow and low product residue. The frosted exterior delivers a soft matte touch and helps the pack stand out on shelf, making it suitable for products that are opened and reused many times.

The pouch is typically laminated from food-contact grade PE, PET and NY films. Single-layer or multi-layer structures can be selected according to the contents, balancing barrier performance, puncture resistance and flexibility. The inner heat-seal layer provides reliable sealing, while the outer layer can be finished with frosted or matte treatment. Printing uses 1–8 colour gravure technology for rich colour and stable registration, with full-surface background coverage, spot matte and custom artwork available. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L; pouch dimensions, spout diameter and dispensing method can be adjusted, and matching roll film in the same material is also available.
