1L Spouted Pouch for Liquid Soap Refills | Custom Hand Wash & Body Wash Packaging

Built on a stand-up spouted pouch platform, this pack uses a gusseted base with three- or four-side seals, so a filled bag stands on the shelf without support. Three dispensing options are available — a screw cap, a press-open flip-top, and a valved nozzle — and the neck diameter is specified to suit your filler. The result is a controlled pour, a clean cut-off and a dependable reseal, making the pouch suitable for low- to medium-viscosity liquid soap and comfortable for one-handed, repeated use.

Laminates are typically PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE. The inner heat-seal layer is food-grade PE, while the barrier layer is selected around the formula and the required shelf life. Gravure printing runs from 1 to 8 colours with tight colour tolerance and fine image detail, and finishes can be matt, gloss or a localised clear window. Volumes cover 100ml to 5L as standard; bag width, spout diameter and roll film width are all built to your filling line and shelf display.

Typical applications include hand soap, body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent and fabric softener, along with hotel amenity and supermarket refill programmes. How custom orders work: confirm pouch style and volume, share a sample or artwork, approve the proof, then move to bulk output. Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom, with a 10,000-piece MOQ and matching roll film in the same laminate. Samples and drawings are welcome.
