15g Spouted Liquid Soap Pouch for Hotel Shampoo & Conditioner Amenities

Built for hotel guest amenities and personal-care sample programmes, these spouted liquid soap pouches are offered in three-side-seal, four-side-seal flat and stand-up formats. A spout, screw cap or press valve can be fitted at the top, while the base is finished with rounded or straight seals. The design supports smooth dispensing and helps resist back-flow or leakage after squeezing. Fill sizes include 15g and 20ml doses for shampoo, conditioner or massage liquid, plus 100ml-and-above refill options for single-use or multi-use guest needs.

The pouch structure typically uses food-grade laminates such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and NY/PE, with an inner heat-seal PE layer. Barrier, oil-resistant or chemical-resistant configurations can be selected according to the fill. Gravure printing covers 1–8 colours for clear image detail and stable colour reproduction, with matt, gloss and local window finishes. Sizes span from 15g sample pouches to 1L refills; spout diameter, pouch width and length are adjustable to match filling lines, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Applications include hotel bathroom supplies, daily-care personal care samples, travel-size wash and care packs, and liquid filling for massage oil, hand soap and similar products. Custom orders can start from your sample or artwork; after the material structure and print file are confirmed, we proceed to sampling and bulk production.
