This spout pouch is aimed at refill and portion-pack applications for liquid personal care items such as body wash and hand soap. Most bags use a stand-up construction with a bottom gusset, allowing them to stay upright for shelf display and to be handled one-handed. The opening can take a screw-cap spout or a flip-top spout for smooth dispensing and repeated resealing. Reinforced seals around the edges plus a leak-resistant structure help lower the chance of seepage under compression or during transport, and hanging holes or handles can be added when needed.

Pouch material is commonly a food-grade laminate such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PA/PE, with the inner layer acting as the heat-seal layer. Barrier construction can be selected around the contents to balance puncture resistance and chemical compatibility. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing for clear detail and steady colour consistency, with options including matt and glossy finishes. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L; spout diameter, bag dimensions and dispensing method can all be customised to your drawings, and roll film in matching material is also available.

These pouches fit daily chemical products, hotel guest amenities, personal care e-commerce and supermarket refill programmes, and they can also package sanitiser and liquid detergent.
