1000ml Clear Spout Pouch for Soap & Concentrated Alcohol Liquid Filling

Designed for liquid filling and retail display, this clear spout pouch is typically built as a four-side-seal or bottom-gusset stand-up bag. A screw-cap spout is centered at the top, and reinforced heat-sealed edges help prevent leakage after filling; once opened, the liquid can be poured or squeezed out. Spout diameter, cap style and tamper-evident rings can be selected as needed, while the transparent body makes liquid level and condition easy to check—ideal for soap, concentrated alcohol liquid and other products that need to show their contents.

The pouch is commonly made from PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or nylon laminated film. Its inner layer is a food-grade heat-sealing layer that balances barrier performance, puncture resistance and a soft hand feel, while the outer surface can be matt, gloss or slip-resistant. Printing is done by 1-8 color gravure printing for sharp graphics, stable color and options such as barcodes, batch codes and multilingual text. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L, with support for 400g and 1000ml formats, custom pouch shapes and matching roll film in the same material.

Typical uses include personal care, hand wash, disinfectant alcohol, laundry liquid, cosmetics and food liquids, in retail small packs, e-commerce sets and travel sizes. Customization starts with your sample or artwork; pouch style, material, spout and print file are confirmed, followed by sampling and then mass production.
