For dosing and feeding colostrum or liquid livestock feed, this spouted stand-up pouch features flat four-side seals and an integrated spout that accepts a screw cap or valve. Filling and pouring run smoothly, while the pouch's balanced stiffness lets it stand upright after filling—useful for small farms, calf-feeding stations and outdoor handling, and helpful in cutting spills during manual feeding.
The pouch body is primarily food-grade co-extruded PE film, with the inner layer in direct contact with milk or colostrum. It is designed to withstand -18°C freezing and resists becoming brittle through freeze-thaw cycles; additional barrier materials can be laminated to the outer layer when required. Graphics are applied using 1-8 colour gravure printing for clear, durable presentation. Standard capacities range from 500ml to 5L, with spout diameter, pouch dimensions and film thickness all open to custom adjustment.
Typical applications cover calf colostrum feeding, liquid livestock feed, and dosing of dairy or beverages, along with other liquids that require a spouted pack. Custom work is available from physical samples or artwork, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
