Built for calf colostrum drenching and forced feeding, this pouch uses a stand-up spouted format and can also be made with a feeding port or a screw valve. The four-side seals are flat and strong, while the spout is normally food-grade PE with a leak-resistant sealing ring, helping prevent drips when the filled pouch is inverted or squeezed. Optional hang holes, tear notches and a write-on area let farms mark batches and feeding times, making the pouch easy to handle during refrigerated or ambient transport.

The pouch body is based on food-grade laminated film, commonly PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE. The aluminum foil layer delivers reliable light blocking and barrier performance for colostrum, milk and other liquids sensitive to light and oxygen. Printing is 1-8 color gravure, producing saturated colors and stable detail, with full-surface backgrounds and localized effects available. Capacities from 100ml to 5L can be produced, and bag dimensions, spout diameter and port position are customized to your needs.

Typical applications include calf colostrum drenching and forced feeding on dairy farms, plus small-format packing of veterinary liquids, nutrient solutions, dairy products and liquid foods. The customization process is simple: send a sample or artwork, confirm pouch type, material and print layout, then approve a pre-production sample; color sample and dimensions are checked again before mass production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, and printing, lamination and bag making are completed in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film in the same material is available.
