Custom 4 L Foil Colostrum Pouch with Carry Handle, Spout & Stand-Up Base for Calf Drenching

For feeding routines that move repeatedly between chiller, calf pen and barn, this custom 4 L colostrum pouch places the carry handle on the bag body itself. A filled pouch can be lifted and moved with one hand instead of being hugged against the chest, which reduces effort and the chance of a slip mid-route—useful when one person is watching calves and feeding at the same time.

The pouch is made from laminated material with layers assigned by function: the inner layer focuses on heat-seal integrity, the middle layers provide barrier performance and puncture resistance, and the outer layer handles print quality and wear. Its stand-up base helps the bag stay upright when set down, while the handle is placed in a lower-stress area to limit body distortion and seal strain during carrying.

Capacity is 4 L, printing can be specified from 1 to 8 colours, accessories include a drain tube and an outer frame, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.

Typical uses cover calf drench pouches and farm packaging pouches, as well as colostrum packaging bags, cattle-rearing bags, liquid spout pouches, milk bags and feeding bags.

Kody Packaging manufactures this pouch in Dongguan, Guangdong. Handle position and pouch style can be tailored to customer requirements, and a sample is made before bulk production so the carry feel and fit can be checked at the intended fill level.

Please include your target fill volume and artwork requirements with your enquiry. Where material, colour or dimensions differ from the standard specification, pricing is based on the approved sample rather than a fixed catalogue figure.
