Custom 1–10 L Foil Spout Pouches for Calf Colostrum | Food-Grade Liquid Feeding Packaging

Designed around real dairy-farm routines, this 1–10 L calf colostrum spout pouch supports collection, chilled storage and feeding. The spout connects to a feeder so colostrum can go straight into the calf’s mouth. With a 1–10 L range, farms can match volume to calf weight and feeding plan instead of decanting repeatedly.

The material build covers metallized (VMPET) and pure aluminium (AL) in an aluminium foil laminate direction. The laminate consists of a foil layer, an adhesive layer and a heat-seal inner layer. Foil blocks light and oxygen, while the inner layer is selected for dairy contact and a firm heat seal. Pouch sealing temperature and pressure need to suit the film thickness, and the spout weld is air-tightness checked to reduce leakage after refrigeration.

Printing runs in 1–8 colours. The pouch face can carry farm branding, feeding instructions and a blank write-on field. Accessories include a drain tube and an outer frame, with tube length chosen to match the feeder. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; volume, pouch style and spout type are all customised to order.

Calf colostrum is the primary fill. The same pouch also suits milk, dairy preservation and liquid feed portioning. Search terms such as colostrum pouch, calf feeding pouch, milk pouch and feeding pouch all sit within this product family.

Kody Packaging manufactures the product in Dongguan, Guangdong, with film lamination through to finished pouch making completed in-house. Sampling is available before volume production.

The foil laminate structure and print plan affect cost, so pricing is calculated from the sample and order quantity. Share your feeder specifications and we can discuss a tailored solution.
