Built for calf colostrum feeding and temperature-controlled liquid delivery, this pouch can be made in four-side-seal or three-side-seal styles, with widened heat-seal edges that improve resistance to drops and compression. A welded spout is positioned at the top and accepts either a screw cap or a one-way valve, supporting smooth dispensing with less backflow. Optional bottom hanging holes or a flat bottom help with suspended infusion and quicker emptying, and the format suits 4L feeding equipment while keeping seal strength stable after freezing.
The laminate can be specified in food-grade structures such as PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, with a food-grade PE inner sealing layer that provides oxygen and light barrier performance for frozen and chilled storage. The outer surface supports 1-8 colour gravure printing for brand colours, farm logos and instructions, with good ink adhesion and fade resistance. Regular capacities span 100ml to 5L, and spout diameter, pouch dimensions and roll width remain customizable; matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical applications cover calf colostrum administration, ranch liquid nutrition, cold-chain dairy distribution and liquid pet food portions.
