4L Calf Colostrum Spout Pouch with Feeding Tube – Refrigerated Aluminum Foil Storage Bag

Built for calf colostrum collection, cold storage and tube feeding, this spout pouch uses a shaped profile that sits securely in chiller racks or beside colostrum bottles. Its four-side seals remain flat and strong at refrigeration temperatures, resisting brittleness and cracking. The spout can be specified as a screw cap or a feeding outlet, and an esophageal feeder tube can be paired with it so colostrum moves from pouch to calf without being poured into another container. Sealed connections between spout and tube help limit leakage when the pouch is inverted or squeezed, reducing product loss and the risk of secondary contamination.

The pouch body is made from a food-grade aluminum foil laminate, commonly PET/foil/PE or PET/nylon/foil/PE. This construction blocks light and oxygen, making it suitable for chilled storage and short-term freezing. The outer layer can carry 1-8 color gravure printing, including farm branding, feeding instructions and volume markings. Capacities are customizable from 100ml to 5L, with bag shape, spout diameter, tube length and seal width all adjustable. For customers with their own filling lines, matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical applications include dairy farms, calf rearing centers, veterinary and nutritional supplement packing, pet milk products and cold-chain dairy processing. For custom orders, we accept samples or artwork: the bag style and spout setup are confirmed first, followed by a sample proof, and bulk production begins after approval.
