4 L Calf Colostrum Spout Pouch | Factory Supply 1–10 L Pure Aluminium / Metallized Dairy Packaging with 1–8 Colour Printing

This 4 L spout pouch is designed for dairy farms that portion and feed colostrum. The spout connects to a drain tube, guiding colostrum into the calf’s oesophagus and reducing spills during feeding. Colour printing on the pouch body helps farms identify batches or calf groups by colour and display their own logo plus feeding instructions.

The pouch is built by laminating pure aluminium foil or metallized film with a heat-seal inner layer. The metal layer blocks light and oxygen, which helps limit loss of colostrum’s active components during storage. Because the inner layer is in direct contact with milk, the quality of the edge seals and the spout weld determines leak resistance. An outer frame holds the flexible pouch open and keeps it steady while feeding.

The range covers 1–10 L. A 4 L size matches the amount commonly fed to a calf in one session or one day. Printing can be produced in 1–8 colours. Drain tube and outer frame are available as accessories. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and pouch dimensions plus accessory length can be adjusted to suit the farm’s feeding equipment.

Beyond calf colostrum, this spout pouch family also serves milk storage, dairy preservation and liquid feed portioning. Terms such as colostrum pouch, calf feeding pouch, farm pouch and feeding pouch all refer to the same group of products.

Kody Packaging produces these dairy flexible pouches in Dongguan, Guangdong. Lamination, pouch making and spout welding are completed in-house. Trial pouches can be produced and test-fitted when customers provide their feeding equipment.

Pure aluminium foil and metallized film carry different costs, and print colour count and pouch size also affect unit pricing. Final quotations are calculated from the sample and order quantity, so please contact us to discuss your requirement.
