1.2 m Clip-On Silicone Feeding Tube Colostrum Bag | 100 ml–5 L Calf Feeding Pouch

Built for calf colostrum feeding and precise feeding routines on dairy farms, the pouch is formed by three-side or four-side sealing. The seals are flat and strong, so the bag resists leakage whether hung or laid flat. The spout can be fitted with a nozzle or flow-guide connector, allowing direct connection to a 1.2 m clip-on silicone feeding tube; the clip secures firmly and lets the operator work one-handed. Bag format and tube diameter can be adapted to each feeding volume, reducing contamination and waste caused by opening the bag and pouring.

Common laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, or all-PE. The inner heat-seal layer remains stable in contact with colostrum, while the outer layer can be matt or glossy. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, delivering clear artwork detail and consistent colour, ideal for brand logos, dosing marks, and usage instructions. Standard capacities range from 100 ml to 5 L; bag width, bag length, spout diameter, and tube length are all customizable. Matching roll film in the same material is also available for customers who fill in house.

Typical applications cover colostrum feeding on dairy farms, veterinary and nutrient liquid filling, pet milk powder, liquid feed, and dairy sample packing. The custom process is simple: send a sample, drawing, or specification sheet; we confirm the material structure, print artwork, and spout/tube option; then a sample is made for approval before mass production. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, customization from samples or artwork is supported, and production and shipment follow the agreed schedule.
