Built on a PET+AL+PE pure-foil laminate, the seabuckthorn pulp valve bag reaches the highest level of oxygen and moisture barrier, while its fitted one-way valve releases headspace gas once filling is done and seals air out from returning. Because the juice carries organic acids and pulp solids, that acidic medium accelerates hydrolysis of the film layers, and the contents are light-sensitive as well — so the structure has to balance acid resistance, light blocking and flavour retention. This pouch format suits juice beverage filling lines and holds up to ambient or chilled shelf display. Lamination build-up, capacity dimensions and printed artwork are all tailored to individual orders.
