Our bag-in-box is supplied as a flexible pouch fitted into a corrugated outer carton. The pouch is built with four-side-seal or gusseted construction, and the side and bottom seams are heat-sealed for reliable containment and drop resistance. The dispensing fitment can be specified as a standard screw cap or a press-type valve, with the carton die-cut to hold the neck in position, so the pack is ready for filling, shipping and dispensing. This format suits hot-fill coffee, liquid concentrates and other flowable products.
The pouch body is a multi-layer food-grade laminate, typically combining PET, aluminium foil, nylon and PE to deliver oxygen and light barrier together with heat resistance for hot-fill processing. Printing is done in-house by 1–8 colour gravure, giving clean graphics and consistent colour across runs. Standard volumes include 32 oz, 64 oz, 96 oz, 120 oz and 160 oz; other dimensions can be developed from your samples or drawings, and matching roll film is also available.
Typical applications include hot coffee, tea, juice, syrups, sauces and industrial liquids. Send us artwork, a sample or a drawing and we will handle plate making, sampling and bulk production, with matching roll film supplied alongside the pouches. Production runs in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. We support OEM/ODM programmes for overseas importers, including container-load shipping and export documentation.
