For highland barley wine, this valve pouch is made with a PET+AL+PE pure-foil laminate that delivers the highest barrier against oxygen and moisture. A one-way valve is fitted to the bag, allowing headspace gas to escape after filling while stopping outside air from flowing back in. Because alcoholic contents can swell film layers and allow aroma to escape, the packaging must combine alcohol resistance with aroma retention. It fits spirits filling lines, gift-box presentation and shelf display, and the lamination, capacity and printed artwork can all be customised to order.
