Designed mainly as a stand-up pouch, this valve bag uses widened side seals and a gusseted base to remain upright after filling. The top can be configured with one or two valves; each valve is heat-sealed onto the pouch with a broad seal area to help limit drips during pouring. A large-bore spout supports steady liquid flow for juice, coffee, wine and similar products. Handle holes or carry handles may be added for easier transport, and the same format can serve as a bag-in-box liner.
Typical pouch structures include food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. The barrier build can be adjusted according to the fill and pasteurisation method, balancing stiffness, puncture resistance and aroma retention. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which delivers clear detail and stable colour consistency, with full-surface coverage plus matt or gloss finishes available. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L, while spout or valve diameter, pouch dimensions and handle type are selected to suit the application.
In use, these valve pouches are suitable for liquids including juice, coffee, tea drinks, wine, soy sauce, edible oil and concentrates, from small retail packs to larger foodservice and industrial formats. The custom route is straightforward: first send a sample or artwork to confirm the pouch style and valve, then approve the proof, and finally move to production. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10,000 clean workshop. We support customisation from samples or drawings, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and matching roll film in the same material. Delivery follows agreed milestones.
