Dual-Switch Handled Valve Pouch for 1L Coffee and 2kg Juice & Wine Liquid Packaging

Designed as a mid-to-large capacity flexible pack for liquid foods, this valve pouch uses a stand-up format with a gusseted base that opens to keep the bag stable on shelves and in chillers. At the top, a dual-switch valve and twist spout regulate flow; it can be closed and reopened repeatedly, helping cut spills and oxidation after opening. Carry handles or handle holes on both sides make full bags easier to move. The seals are flat and strongly heat-sealed, and the valve base is reinforced where it is welded to the pouch, supporting filling, transport and everyday consumer dispensing.

The pouch body is commonly built from a multi-layer PET/AL/PA/PE laminate, and the structure can be switched to an all-plastic laminate based on the fill. This balances oxygen barrier, light barrier and resistance to squeezing. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, delivering consistent detail and spot colours, with matt, gloss and spot effects available. Standard capacities span 100ml–5L, valves and spouts can be selected to match the bag format, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for customers running their own production lines.

Typical uses include coffee liquid, concentrated juice, red wine, jam, syrup and other liquid foods, plus household and personal care and condiment packaging. For custom projects, send a sample or design drawing; after confirming the material structure and print layout, we arrange proofing, then move to bulk production and ship according to the agreed schedule. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, and film blowing, lamination, printing and bag making are all completed in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, which supports small trial runs and later scaling for brands.
