For large-capacity water storage in outdoor and mobile settings, this valve bag uses a stand-up pouch structure with a reinforced handle opening. It stays stable when full, whether lifted or set down. Wider heat seals run around the perimeter, and rounded corners help reduce stress concentration during repeated folding. At the outlet, choose a screw-on tap valve or a press-type valve. The sealing ring fits tightly with the valve body, allowing one-handed flow control while pouring; close the valve after use and the bag can be carried again, ready for repeated opening and closing.

The main body is built from food-grade PE and nylon laminated film. Inner layer thickness can be adjusted to suit the contents and load-bearing needs, balancing flexibility, folding endurance and drop resistance. Film surfaces support 1-8 colour gravure printing, so detailed artwork and solid colour blocks reproduce reliably; brand colours, usage instructions and capacity markings can all be printed. Standard capacities range from 1L to 20L. Bag dimensions, valve diameter and handle style can be modified from a sample or drawing, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied when needed.

Typical applications include camping and picnics, outdoor work, agricultural watering and emergency water storage, as well as mobile dispensing of beverages, drinking water and cleaning liquids. The customisation process is straightforward: provide a sample or drawing, confirm bag type, capacity, valve and print artwork, then approve a proof. Mass production is completed at our Dongguan factory, with bag making and slitting carried out in a Class 10,000 cleanroom. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, matching roll film is available, and scheduling and delivery follow agreed milestones to make warehousing and line start-up easier for buyers.
