Vibration, temperature swings and oxygen ingress in transit test both the bag body's barrier performance and the valve's sealing. Made from metallised laminated film, this BIB uses its aluminium layer to block oxygen and light, helping limit flavour loss in wine and juice during long hauls and shelf life. The spout is equipped with a butterfly valve that opens smoothly and closes tightly, so liquid can be discharged directly from the transport drum without decanting. Where remaining volume needs to be visible, a clear layer can be combined with the metallised layer, preserving a viewing window while the required barrier layer remains. It suits aseptic transport packing for liquids such as wine, juice drinks and spring water.
