Bag-in-Box 1L-3L Food-Grade Foil Pouch with Butterfly Valve for Juice and Wine

Our bag-in-box format pairs a flexible laminated pouch with a corrugated outer carton. The pouch is built with three-side or four-side seal construction and fitted with a butterfly valve or one-way dispensing spout, available in 1L, 2L and 3L standard capacities. Once filled, juice, prickly pear beverage or wine stays inside a closed bag with limited headspace contact, while the carton adds stacking strength and printable outer surfaces. For overseas importers and brand owners, this means retail-ready and e-commerce-ready presentation straight from the container.

Pouches are typically built from food-grade multi-layer laminates of PE, PET, NY and aluminium foil. The foil layer blocks oxygen and light, the PE inner layer delivers reliable heat-seal strength and liquid compatibility, and the printed outer layer carries brand graphics. Gravure printing runs from 1 to 8 colours, applied to the pouch and carton together. Volume coverage spans 1L to 3L, and spout diameter, pouch width and roll film specification can all be adjusted to suit your filling line. Matching roll film is also available for your own form-fill-seal equipment.

Typical export applications include juice and prickly pear drinks, wine, syrups, edible oils and liquid condiments. Importers, brand owners and distributors can send samples, drawings or reference pouches, and we handle structure design, artwork preparation and pre-production sampling before mass production.
