This collapsible water bag is built for outdoor carrying and on-the-go dispensing. Its top-mounted dual spouts separate filling from drinking, while a screw-on tap valve—placed at the bottom or side—provides smooth controlled flow and resists leaks even when the bag is tipped or laid flat. The gusseted stand-up body remains stable once filled yet folds flat when empty. Heat-sealed on all four edges, it also features an integrated handle for secure carrying at full capacity and repeated use.
The main material is PET/PE multi-layer laminated film. This structure can be tuned to balance stiffness, puncture resistance and barrier protection for different liquids. Branding is applied with 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear colour and detail reproduction. Standard sizes range from 1L to 10L, while other capacities, bag formats, spout diameters and valve designs can be developed to order. Matching same-material roll film is available for customers who fill inline.
Common uses include camping, hiking, car emergency kits, household water storage, and non-food liquid packing such as liquid fertiliser or cleaning agents. Custom work can start from a sample or drawing; sampling and bulk production follow once the bag structure and print artwork are approved. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. Film blowing, printing and bag making are completed in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and scheduling advances according to confirmed milestones.
