5L Anti-Burst Valve Pouch with Guide Tube — Large-Mouth Stand-Up Liquid Packaging

Construction: This stand-up valve pouch is engineered for large-volume liquid filling. The body combines four-side sealing with a widened bottom seal, giving it a stable standing position and reliable pressure resistance during handling. A wide-mouth valve spout is mounted at the top and can be paired with a guide tube, so filling and pouring flow stays controllable and the risk of spills or splashing is reduced. The weld between the spout and film is thickened, and the anti-burst design helps the pouch tolerate internal pressure during transport and stacking. Typical uses include portable dispensing of washer fluid, gasoline and cleaning liquids.

Materials & printing: The pouch is commonly made from multi-layer laminates such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, and EVOH high-barrier structures can be selected according to the filled product. This supports puncture resistance, chemical resistance and barrier performance. Gravure printing runs from 1 to 8 colours and can cover full-surface backgrounds, gradients, and matte or gloss finishes, with stable ink adhesion. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L. Spout diameter, guide tube length and bag dimensions are all adjustable, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Applications & customization: These pouches are widely used for liquid filling in automotive care, household chemicals, industrial cleaning and agrochemical sectors, including washer fluid, fuel additives, disinfectants and detergents. For custom orders, customers can send samples or artwork so the structure and print layout are confirmed first; after sampling approval, bulk production begins.
