For liquid food filling in the 1–5 kg range, this valve pouch can be produced as a stand-up or pillow bag with neat, robust three-side or four-side seals that resist pressure during handling. Its dual-valve outlet at the pouch opening pairs with spout or pour-spout designs for smooth dispensing and reduced dripping. Certain formats can include a handle hole or carry handle, making the pouch easier to lift in retail, food service and home settings. Valve placement, outlet diameter and bag dimensions can be tailored to your filling equipment and usage preferences.

Bag construction generally uses food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, with barrier layers and film thickness selected according to the product being filled. Graphics are applied by 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering clear detail and stable registration. Custom work from supplied samples or artwork is supported, and matching roll film in the same material can also be provided. While standard volumes span 100ml–5L, the 1–5 kg sizes are the most frequently requested; bag style, valve diameter, handle format and film gauge are locked in during sampling.
