Positioned for 5 kg-class liquid and semi-liquid filling, this handheld valve pouch can be supplied in stand-up or pillow formats. Its three- or four-side seals are built for strength, while corner handle cut-outs make one-handed carrying easier. At the dispensing end, a large-diameter valve with screw cap supports smooth, low-drip pouring; nozzle spouts or tap-style valves can be fitted instead. The closure can be reopened and resealed, so the same pack suits both filling lines and retail or end-user dispensing.
Material structures may include PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, or PET/NY/PE, with a food-grade PE heat-seal inner layer. Film layering can be tailored to acidity, filling temperature, and target shelf life. Up to 1–8 colour gravure printing delivers crisp graphics and stable registration, with matte, gloss, or tactile spot finishes available. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L; pouch dimensions, valve diameter, and handle format can be redesigned around the filled weight.
Common applications cover juice drinks, fruit concentrate, bubble tea ingredients, ice-making liquid, soy sauce and vinegar, and detergents — supporting bulk factory transport as well as in-store and household use. The customization path is simple: share a sample or artwork, approve the material structure and print plan, then sign off the proof before mass production.
