This valve pouch is engineered for sensor-activated dispensers and press-pump systems. A stand-up design with a bottom gusset is the usual format: once the base is opened, the pouch stands stably and slides neatly into the dispenser housing. Seams are made by three-side or four-side heat sealing for flat, durable edges. A dispensing valve or spout assembly sits at the top, allowing the sensor mechanism to release liquid automatically with smooth flow and minimal leakage. The pouch profile, valve placement and connector dimensions can be modified to align with different dispenser cavities.

The laminate can be specified in PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or other multi-layer combinations, with the barrier layer chosen around the fill: light blocking, alcohol resistance and leak containment are the key considerations. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, delivering clear image layering and consistent colour reproduction for full-surface brand graphics. Standard fill sizes span roughly 100ml to 5L, and this item is configured for 400ml and 600ml. Pouch style, valve type and dispensing method are customisable, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
