For large-format liquid dispensing, this valve pouch starts with a stand-up or flat-bottom format and can be sealed on three or four sides for flat, durable edges. A valve seat is heat-welded into the top, allowing a silicone press pump or drip-control valve to deliver smooth, consistent doses with a close that helps resist leakage. The valve-to-pouch joint is reinforced for fills around 1000ml or 800g, while the stable base supports shelf display and everyday use.
Depending on the contents, the pouch can be made from PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE laminates, balancing barrier protection with puncture resistance. Surface printing uses 1–8 colour gravure for rich colour and dependable registration, making it suitable for primary brand visuals and usage instructions. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L; valve type, pump diameter, bag dimensions and film unwind direction can be matched to your filling line, and roll film in the same material is available.
It is commonly used for hand sanitizer, alcohol, disinfectant, laundry detergent, body wash and other liquid refills, plus food sauces and industrial cleaners. Custom projects begin with a sample or artwork to confirm pouch structure and print layout, followed by proofing, sampling and bulk production.
