Yibin Daily Printing Center and Chongqing Cheng Loong Paper Sign Strategic Agreement to Jointly Expand Yibin Paper Packaging Market

Yibin Daily Printing Center and Chongqing Cheng Loong Paper Co., Ltd. have entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The two sides then held talks on implementation details and confirmed their intention to jointly expand Yibin's paper packaging market.

Yibin Daily operates under an editorial policy of 'Party newspaper nature, evening newspaper style, and Yibin characteristics,' and pursues the motto 'a city on the Yangtze, a newspaper in flow.' The organization also treats the municipal Party committee's requirement—'increase trust upward, raise external visibility, and strengthen internal cohesion'—as its responsibility. By maintaining strong news and publicity work, it has made notable contributions to Yibin's reform, opening-up, and social and economic development, while also improving newspaper quality and expanding its business.

Chongqing Cheng Loong Paper Co., Ltd. is a joint venture in southwest China formed by Cheng Loong Group of Taiwan, China and Chongqing Publishing Group. Cheng Loong Group is an Asian packaging manufacturer with over 60 years in printing and packaging. It possesses industry production technology, research and development strength, and advanced management experience, and has established 17 branch plants in mainland China.

Chongqing Cheng Loong Paper Co., Ltd. mainly provides packaging services for large brand products such as HP that have moved into Chongqing. Given current market conditions, the company has also set a goal of product localization and serving the local economy. Yibin Daily Printing Center has unique local brand and regional advantages, understands the Yibin packaging market, and brings long-term experience in related industries. Once cooperating, the two sides can complement each other's strengths and jointly develop Yibin's paper printing and packaging market.

Under the cooperation, Yibin Daily Printing Center will assign dedicated staff to carefully research Yibin's paper packaging market, analyze paper packaging characteristics, determine production types for its products, and undertake paper packaging business. Cheng Loong Paper Co., Ltd. will send production and technical personnel to participate in the printing center's paper packaging production management and to re-engineer and upgrade existing production processes, thereby improving production capacity and ensuring stable product quality.
