Orders Through October: Guizhou Zhuoying Packaging Plans Expansion After First-Year Profit

With support from local government, Guizhou Zhuoying Packaging and Printing Co., Ltd. became profitable in its first year. The company now has more than 20 employees and produces 50,000 square meters of products each day.

A company executive said that its broad business coverage has pushed its order book through October.

At a daily output of 50,000 square meters, the company can achieve an annual output value of RMB 30 million.

On September 16, turning from the broad Feilong Avenue into the Shiqian Enclave Industrial Park led to Guizhou Zhuoying Packaging and Printing Co., Ltd. Inside the workshop, finished products were piled high, automated and semi-automated machines ran steadily, and workers were busy at every process station, creating a busy yet orderly production scene.

Founded in August 2016, the packaging printing manufacturer has a total investment of RMB 30 million and 3,000 square meters of standardized factory space, covering professional design, development and production.

Its main products include color-printed packaging boxes, handbags, mid- to high-end corrugated cartons and other fine color printing and packaging items.

In terms of market coverage, the company first serves nearby packaging users in the development zone, such as Dongyi Electric, Zhongwei New Materials and the Luggage Industrial Park, while extending into Huaihua in Hunan, Qiandongnan in Guizhou and other areas within and beyond the province.

Yin Xiaoyan, chairman of Zhuoying Packaging and Printing Co., Ltd., said that with local government support, the company has developed smoothly and became profitable in its first year. It currently has more than 20 employees.

It now produces up to 50,000 square meters of products per day, with annual output value reaching RMB 30 million.

With strong order demand, the company is preparing to expand its production scale.

Zhuoying Packaging sources raw materials from Hunan. As an upstream supporting supplier for enterprises in the development zone, it has built a market position on product quality since settling in, strengthened cooperation and exchanges with local and neighboring companies, gained the trust of many businesses in the area and surrounding regions, and established long-term partnerships.

Yin said the local business scope is relatively broad and the company receives a large number of orders.

Orders received so far are already scheduled into October, so the company must speed up production to ensure delivery to customers on the agreed timeline.

She added that the company is currently producing orders for Dongyi Electric, an enterprise in its jurisdiction. The customer has relatively large demand and is an old client the company has served for many years.

Zhuoying Packaging follows a development philosophy of 'quality first, customer supreme, honest operation.' Its partner base has gradually grown, and market feedback has been positive.

The current production environment can no longer fully meet market demand, so the company is moving to expand its production scale and increase capacity.

This move aims to better meet the production supporting needs of development zone enterprises while helping the company grow and expand.
