The Labelexpo series is held every two years in Europe, the Americas, India and Asia, showcasing the industry’s latest machinery, auxiliary equipment and materials. The label exhibition has become a key strategic platform for manufacturers launching new products. In addition, several knowledge-based label summits supplement and support the International Label Printing Exhibition by reporting and sharing future industry trends and the latest technologies; these summits are held in Indonesia, South America and Latin America, with venues rotating among Mexico, Brazil and Colombia.

trade show, open only to industry professionals; non-industry visitors and those under

the specified age are not admitted. No retail activities are offered on site.

Submit an application: submit the exhibition registration form and specify participation

intent. Download the registration form or request it from staff.

Application acceptance: if the application materials meet exhibition requirements, the application will be accepted. (

Select a booth: choose and reserve a booth according to the available booth map.

Sign the contract: according to the booth price and with each party’s rights and obligations clearly defined, both parties shall seal and sign.

Make payment: after the booth is confirmed, make payment according to the booth booking agreement.
