Interpack 2021 in Düsseldorf: 170,000 Visitors Last Edition and a New Food Processing Machinery Zone

The previous Interpack 2019 edition covered 174,369 square meters of net exhibition space across 19 halls and brought together more than 2,700 exhibitors worldwide. Feedback indicated strong satisfaction: more than 80% of surveyed exhibitors called the show very successful, and more than 90% committed to exhibiting again at the next edition.

Because packaging machinery, packaging materials and food machinery are closely connected, Messe Düsseldorf decided to add a food processing machinery zone to the 2020 packaging industry exhibition. The event has become an important platform for opening the European market, especially Germany, gathering industry information and trends, learning new technologies and signing contracts. It brings together leading brands in global packaging machinery and connects exhibitors and visitors through its international reach and diverse supply.

Germany is one of the world's economically developed countries. Its 2017 GDP was about US$5.5 trillion, ranking among the top in Europe and fourth globally after the United States, China and Japan. Filling machinery for beer and beverages, in particular, requires high-speed, complete-set, highly automated and highly reliable products.
