Exhibition Procedure

1. Contact the organizer to obtain detailed exhibition information and the floor plan, then select or reserve a booth.
2. Complete the booth application form, affix the official seal, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee.
3. Within three working days after applying for a booth, remit or deliver the full exhibition fee to the organizing committee. Booths are assigned on a 'first apply, first pay, first arranged' basis; otherwise the organizer will consider the applicant as having withdrawn and will not reserve the booth.
4. Exhibitors may not transfer or sublease booths to others; otherwise the organizer has the right to reclaim the booth and no booth fee will be refunded.
5. After receiving the Exhibition Application Form and full booth payment, the organizer will send the invoice and Exhibitor Manual to the exhibitor.
