Policy and Regulatory Highlights
China's new national express delivery standard takes effect: Effective July 1, the Requirements for Limiting Excessive Express Packaging moved into mandatory enforcement. Ordinary product packaging is capped at no more than 2 layers, fragile product packaging at no more than 4 layers, with stricter controls on tape volume and box suitability.
