Dongguan Shunyu Paper Expands Carton Packaging Project with Groundbreaking for No. 2 and No. 3 Plants
The groundbreaking ceremony for No. 2 and No. 3 plants of Dongguan Shunyu Paper Co., Ltd.'s carton packaging project was held at Zhupingsha Industrial Park at 11:00 a.m. on August 26.
No. 2 and No. 3 plants enter foundation-laying and construction stage
Official information from Dongguan Shunyu Paper Co., Ltd. shows that No. 1 plant of the carton packaging project covers 4,912 sq m and was completed and put into use by the end of 2020. No. 2 and No. 3 plants have a total floor area of 5,704 sq m, with No. 2 covering 3,680 sq m and No. 3 covering 2,024 sq m.
The foundation-laying and start of construction for No. 2 and No. 3 plants reflects Dongguan Shunyu Paper Co., Ltd.'s confidence in the carton packaging industry. The project is expected to pass overall completion acceptance before the end of 2021. Once finished, it will increase warehousing area and storage capacity, achieve another upgrade in efficient logistics, and serve customers more effectively, faster and more stably while improving efficiency.
Going forward, Dongguan Shunyu Paper Co., Ltd. will maintain sound communication with relevant government departments, construction units and supervision units during construction, strictly control quality and refine management to ensure the project is completed and commissioned on time and to high quality.

Publicly available information indicates that Dongguan Shunyu Paper Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2002. It is a Hong Kong-invested joint-venture papermaking enterprise controlled by Hong Kong Yongchang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. The company is located beside Jinsha Avenue in Zhupingsha Village, Wangniudun Town, Dongguan, covering about 400 mu and with registered capital of 186.04 million yuan and more than 900 employees.
As a prominent local paper mill in Dongguan, Dongguan Shunyu Paper Co., Ltd. operates pulping and papermaking production lines, supported by captive power generation and heating, wastewater treatment, sludge drying and seawater desalination facilities.
