Bingxin Packaging Signs RMB 300 Million Intelligent Packaging Base in Jinan, Shandong
Jinan, in east China's Shandong province, hosted its third-quarter signing ceremony for key investment projects at Long'ao Building on September 13, where 20 projects were formally sealed. Fifteen of them are manufacturing ventures and 14 involve foreign investment, with backers based in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, the United States, Australia, Hong Kong (China) and other markets.
Among the deals was the Shandong Bingxin intelligent packaging production base, which carries a planned total investment of RMB 300 million. Designed as an intelligent packaging production base, the facility will be fitted with two corrugated board production lines. Once the project reaches full capacity, annual output value is projected to hit RMB 600 million.
Bingxin Packaging Group positions itself as a specialist packaging supplier that builds on eco-friendly corrugated cartons to deliver one-stop packaging service solutions. Its annual output value currently tops RMB 4 billion, and it runs 15 production bases across China while adding one to two new sites every year.
The Shandong project follows another recent move by the group, which joined hands with Master Kong to sign the Master Kong Beverage Phase III and Bingxin Packaging Changsha production base project. That development carries a total investment of RMB 1.2 billion and occupies 137 mu of land, with design capacity to add more than RMB 1.5 billion in annual output value and RMB 150 million in new tax revenue.
With these back-to-back signings, Bingxin Packaging is widening its business footprint and lifting its paperboard and carton capacity, while generating fresh growth momentum for the local economies involved — a push expected to play a meaningful role in further strengthening the industrial chain.
