Beijing Opens 2013 Printing Industry Honest Enterprise Assessment, Applications Close November 15

The 2013 round of honest-enterprise assessment for Beijing's printing, publishing and distribution industries is now officially underway. Over the two previous editions of the programme, 52 printing enterprises in total received the 'Honest Enterprise' honorary title. The application stage for this edition has opened and will remain open until November 15.

To all printing enterprises in the Beijing area:

In line with the Notice on Conducting Honest Enterprise Assessment in Beijing's Printing, Publishing and Distribution Industries (Jing Xin Chu Ji [2009] No. 524) issued by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Press and Publication, honest-enterprise assessment in the Beijing printing industry has already been carried out twice, in 2009 and 2011, and 52 printing enterprises in total have received the honorary title of 'Honest Enterprise'.

The 'Beijing Printing Industry Honest Enterprise Assessment (2013)', jointly hosted by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Press and Publication and the Beijing Printing Association, is about to begin accepting applications. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Application period: September 1 to November 15, 2013. During this window, applicant enterprises shall submit their application materials to the Beijing Printing Association.
2. Enterprise application materials include:
3. Application Form for Honest Enterprise in the Beijing Printing Industry;
4. A photocopy of the enterprise legal person business license and its duplicate;
5. A photocopy of the printing business license;
6. The Balance Sheet for the previous year and for the first half of the current year;
7. The Self-Assessment Score Table (to be completed by the applicant enterprise), the Preliminary Review Score Table and the Review and Evaluation Form;
8. The Honest Enterprise Assessment Indicators (2013 Trial), completed by the applicant enterprise after self-assessment;
9. Relevant materials required by the Assessment Indicators (2013 Trial).
10. Requirements for application materials:

The application materials shall be bound into a volume, with the cover reading 'Beijing Printing Industry Honest Enterprise Assessment File' plus the enterprise name;

Part One consists of the 'Application Form for Honest Enterprise in the Beijing Printing Industry' and the supporting materials required by that form (that is, items 1 to 4 above);

Part Two consists of the Self-Assessment Score Table, the Preliminary Review Score Table and the Review and Evaluation Form (that is, item 5 above);

Part Three consists of the Honest Enterprise Assessment Indicators (2013 Trial) (item 6 above);

Part Four consists of 'enterprise assessment related materials' (that is, item 7 above).

The application materials shall be submitted in triplicate and bound into a volume.

Among the application materials, the Application Form for Honest Enterprise in the Beijing Printing Industry, the Self-Assessment Score Table, the Preliminary Review Score Table, the Review and Evaluation Form and the Honest Enterprise Assessment Indicators (2013 Trial), as well as the Scoring Standards for the Beijing Printing Industry Honest Enterprise Assessment Indicators (2013 Trial) used for enterprise self-assessment scoring and expert preliminary review scoring, can all be downloaded from 'Bisheng Printing Network' and the 'Beijing Printing Association Network'.
2. Enterprises that already took part in the 2009 and 2011 assessments and won the title of 'Beijing Printing Industry Honest Enterprise' are no longer required to apply.
